The MSXTDQ91SWISS Rapid Visco Analyzer is a rotational viscometer designed for rapid testing of starch stirring and gelatinization characteristics. It is ideal for assessing starch quality in grains and crops such as wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, potato, and lotus root.
